On
behalf of our Association, President Thiru S.P.Jeyapragasam,
Joint.Secretary Thiru S.Jeyahar along with the Committee Member Thiru
N.S.Ramakrishna Raja met in person Hon.ble Minister for State (Heavy Industries) Thiru Pon Radhakrishnan and urged him in the following matters.
1. Allocate sufficient funds for the development of heavy Industrial Activities in South Tamilnadu.
2. Allocate
sufficient funds for the development of new railway projects, and for
hastening of existing railway project in South Tamilnadu.
3. To announce Madurai Airport as International Airport, this will develop South Tamilnadu.
4. To
urge the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India, New Delhi to
give another one year extension time from 04.08.2014 onwards for getting
Registration and License under this Act for the Food Business
Operators.
