Tirumala dairy to ring in new year by unveiling new packaging for milk
Tirumala Milk Products Pvt Ltd, the second-largest
privately-owned dairy in South India, will unveil new packaging for its
regular milk on the auspicious occasion of Ugadi (the Hindu new year),
which falls on April 11, 2013.
Apart from the multi-coloured packaging, the new company logo will also be unveiled simultaneously. This is a reflection of the company’s dynamic adaptation to the changing market scenario and its expansion plans.
The attractive new milk packaging design will set Tirumala Milk apart from the plethora of milk brands that flood the market today in terms of sheer quality and presentation. The new packaging, with its stamp of quality assurance, will apply to Tirumala’s fresh milk stock-keeping units (SKUs), which are sold across the country.
The redesigned company logo will impart a measure of renewed freshness to the brand and a reassurance to consumers of its contemporary character and technological upgradation.
Tirumala Milk Products believes these changes will help in increased consumer franchise, consolidation of the brand and its leadership in the market.
New products
The company will also launch two new products in the market this summer, viz. the Tringo range of flavoured milk in fino-Tetra Pak. It will be available in two flavours – mango and strawberry-banana – and will target the young consumers.
In addition to the 200ml and 500ml ultra-high temperature (UHT) cow and buffalo milk, which are already sold in Tetra Paks, Tirumala will also launch UHT milk in economical and easy-to-use 100ml SKU pouches.
